Demographic Verification Forms Compliance

The deadline for families to complete Demographic Verification Forms passed on Monday, Sep.14. Currently, approximately 45% of students do not have a completed Demographic Verification Form for the 2026-27 school year.

Important | These forms are a legal requirement from Alberta Education and Childcare for funding purposes. If forms remain incomplete, it may result in a reduction in funding for the Calgary Board of Education.

Please sign into myCBE or SchoolEngage to complete all required Demographic Verification Forms. Our goal as an organization is 100% compliance.

Terry Fox Run

Our school is excited to participate in the annual Terry Fox Run! This is an opportunity for us to celebrate Terry’s legacy of courage, determination and hope. Before our run day, students will learn about Terry’s inspiring story through a special visit from a Terry Fox Foundation ambassador. On Friday, October 2, students will run/walk to Mallard Point in Fish Creek Park and back. Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather and in clothes that are comfortable to run in. If you would like to donate to cancer research, you can contribute online on our Haultain Memorial School fundraising page. We will also be collecting “Toonies for Terry”. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
