Big Box Of Cards Fundraiser

We’re thrilled to kick off a new fundraiser at our school — The Big Box of Cards! This campaign is a fun and simple way to support our school, and each box offers great value your family and friends will love.

Card boxes sell for $35 and the Candles box $40:

· Big Box of Candles

Our campaign will run from September 26, 2025 to October 17, 2025. There are product video links at the end of this page (right click on the link to open) and an order form will be going home with students (or you can download the form by clicking the link on the right sidebar). These videos are perfect to share with friends, coworkers, and extended family to help boost your sales!

All orders and payments should be submitted on or before October 17, 2025. Please make cheques payable to Haultain Memorial School Parents Association. If you wish to pay by etransfer please send to jpidlubny@parentsofhaultain.com.

· If we sell 75+ boxes, the top-selling class will win a pizza party

· For every 3 boxes your family sells, you’ll be entered into a draw to win one of four $25 gift cards (if our school sells 150+ boxes)

· If we hit 400 boxes, we’ll also draw for a Samsung 8” Tablet There’s no limit — the more boxes you sell, the more entries you get!

As a reminder, the HMS School Apparel campaign is almost over. If you wish to purchase School Apparel, here’s how to order:

Support our school while getting organized! We have an open campaign with Mabel's Labels as a fundraising initiative. Perfect for labeling your kids' belongings, Mabel's Labels offers durable, personalized products that are both practical and fun. A portion of all sales will go directly to our school, so it’s a win-win!

Healthy Hunger Fun Lunches

To register please go to www.healthyhunger.ca and either use your login from last year or create a new one. You must register each child with their teacher to order lunch for them.

There is a fee that goes along with each order but if you order them for multiple months rather than once a month you can avoid paying the fee every month. Orders must be placed by 11:59pm the Friday before the event.

Ways to give to our school include:

Monetary (cash) Donation
  • I wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.
    • Visit the EducationMatters online donation webpage to make a donation. (Preferred donation method)
    • Write a cheque payable to EducationMatters  (all one word) and include the name of our school and the specific program, activity or item you want your donation to support in the 'memo' section. Give the cheque to the school or mail it to: EducationMatters, 1221 8 Street SW Calgary, AB T2R 0L4
  • I do not wish to receive a tax receipt for my donation
