Lost & Found Reminder

Our Lost & Found collection is growing! We encourage all families to have their child check the Lost & Found area for any missing jackets, sweaters, water bottles, lunch kits, or other belongings.

Items not claimed by June 25 will be donated to a local charity.

Thank you for helping us reunite lost items with their owners before the end of the school year.

Library Books | Final Reminder

This is the final reminder to return all HMS library books. Please take a few moments to check at home for any overdue books and send them back to school as soon as possible. Lost or unreturned books will be charged to families so that we can replace them and keep our library collection available for all students. Thank you for your support.

Clubs Finale Day | Celebrating Well-Being Through Choice

To wrap up the school year, students will participate in our Clubs Finale Day, a special opportunity to explore activities that support well-being, creativity, and connection. Students will choose three different clubs to attend, with each club running for 35 minutes.

Club options include activities such as yoga, karaoke, nature journaling, coding, watercolour painting, and many more. This year's finale focuses on wellness and providing students with opportunities to relax, create, move, learn, and have fun with their peers.

We look forward to ending the year with a day filled with choice, engagement, and joy.

Paws for a Cause | Toonie Fundraiser

On June 23, our Student Leadership Club will be hosting Paws for a Cause, a toonie fundraiser in support of the Humane Society. Students are invited to bring their favourite stuffed animal to school along with a toonie or other donation. The Humane Society provides shelter, care, and support for animals in need while helping them find safe, loving homes. Students who donate will receive a paper paw print to sign and add to a school-wide display. Our goal is to raise $100 to support this important work. Thank you for helping our students make a positive difference in the lives of animals in our community.
