Mabel's Labels

Support our school while getting organized! We have an open campaign with Mabel's Labels as a fundraising initiative. Perfect for labeling your kids' belongings, Mabel's Labels offers durable, personalized products that are both practical and fun. A portion of all sales will go directly to our school, so it’s a win-win!

To order, simply visit Mabel's Labels Support a Fundraiser page and type in Haultain Memorial School, choose your favorite labels, and check out. It's quick, easy, and supports a great cause. All funds raised will support school activities and filed trips!

New Round of School Clubs

We are pleased to share that whole school clubs are back. Students will once again have the opportunity to participate in engaging, 45-minute club sessions during school hours. This round, all students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 will explore a variety of activities, including Google Slides, photography, dinosaurs, musical theatre, puppetry, and LEGO, as well as various arts and crafts.

During club time, students will be reassigned to teachers based on their chosen interest. This school-wide initiative is designed to foster connections, strengthen relationships, and enhance our students’ sense of belonging.

To show school spirit on club days, students are encouraged to wear their HMS t-shirt or any blue shirt. We look forward to another meaningful round of learning and exploration.

Growing in Math Together

Our family math event “Growing in Math Together” was a great success! We are thankful that so many families were able to join us to learn about how math thinking has evolved and ways to support children with building numeracy skills. Connected to current research, the new curriculum and our School Development Plan, we explored procedural fluency and the importance of efficiency, flexibility and accuracy. We shared what math skills are essential in 2025, looked at vocabulary and ways to show your math thinking. After the presentation, families were invited into the classroom to play math games with their child. You can access the at home resource package for games, videos and links to online resources.
