Public Health Nurses will be at the school on Wednesday November 5, 2025 after lunch to provide routine immunizations for students who have returned signed consent forms. The consent package includes information on how to provide or refuse consent. Please return the form(s) regardless of your decision, as it is important for our records.

Helpful tips:

·         Ensure your child eats breakfast and packs a snack

·         Have your child wear short sleeves or dress in layered clothing to allow easy access to the upper arm.

If your child is absent on immunization day, they will be immunized the next time Public Health visits the school.

****Please note that COVID and influenza immunizations are not offered through the school immunization program, and only routine immunizations with signed consent forms will be provided.****
